Order modification
We understand that plans can change! Here’s how you can modify your order:
✏️ What Can Be Modified?
You can request changes to:
- Shipping address
- Product variant (size, color, style)
- Quantity of items
- Contact details
⏳ Modification Time Window
- Orders can be modified within 12–24 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever comes first.
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, modifications may not be possible.
📩 How to Request a Modification
To modify your order:
- Contact our support team via email/chat/phone
- Provide your Order ID and requested changes
- Our team will confirm if the modification is possible
🚚 After Shipment
- If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to modify it
- You may request a return or exchange after delivery (as per our return policy)
⚠️ Important Notes
- Modifications are subject to product availability
- Price differences may apply if you switch to a different product or variant
- Only one modification request per order may be allowed
❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within the same modification window
- Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy
